Have you ever known you were suppose to do something that scared you a little bit? Maybe it just was a little too far out of your comfort zone or you were not sure you could do it? Or the thought of it cause a little internal discomfort…not the bad kind, the one that shows you that your definitely in the right place at the right time.
 
If you said YES to any of these questions, good news… your human and I am in the same boat as you!
 
I do not know what that thing is for you but whatever it is I’d love for us to go through it together this fall. For me in this season it has been writing. Something I know I am suppose to do and share but often makes that little queasy feeling come up or I allow something else to get in the way.
 
So I know this community has not been super active online over the summer but fall is the perfect time to fall back into forming the life you truly want. Like anything this process is way more fun when you do it with others so I was thinking, what if we did this together?!
 
What is it that you have known your supposed to be doing and just have not done yet? Maybe every time you think of it you find something else “more important” to do or you start and then get distracted.
 
Have that thing in mind?

Here’s what I’d love for us to do. Email me back whatever it is that you are going to start new and fresh on this fall and a weekly update of how it is going. On the bottom of our messages I will share some of the success stories and steps you’ve been making to move forward. As well as a little reminder to send it in. 🙂
 
Not sure where to start on that mental blockage?
 
Here is for 3 Simple Steps to breaking the block that’s holding you back:
 
1. Identify what it is that you want to accomplish. If your like me there is probably a list of 30 plus things that you really want to accomplish but for this brain blockage I need you to pick just ONE thing. From reading a book, writing, starting that workout program, writing a business plan, going on a date, organizing your calendar. Whatever the one most important thing is identify it to yourself.
 
2. Input a block of time in your calendar to start on it. Start with just 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Block that time off and be confident you will make that time happen. Sometimes the first step to breaking the block is just allow time to start hammering your goal down.
 
3. Do it and do not let anything get in your way. Turn off the emails, texts, tv, social media, sports whatever that it is that always gets in your way from where you really want to go, get away from it! Maybe you need to lock yourself in an empty room or just find a nice quite coffee shop and maybe your the one that works best in total chaos. Wherever and whatever way you work best get in that space and go for it. You might not get it fully accomplished but you will get a start.
 
Next all you need to do is REPEAT!
