New Year, New Possibilities!

Ever been overwhelmed with possibilities?

Or maybe your underwhelmed with lack vision or options?

Wherever you sit on the spectrum the new year is an opportunity to go for one of those possibilities or find some vision.  Even if its closer to the end of January, it’s not too late.

Allow the momentum of everyone around using the new year as a fresh start to help move you there too.  I like to think of it like this, its not just a one time fresh start when the clock turn over and the fire works boom but an opportunity to start fresh daily.

Just this past week I had a new little nephew come into the world. As I sat there and held him I began to think about all the possibilities for his life.  The options were endless and it seemed at that moment in time he would be able to conquer any of them.

Just the process of new life coming to earth brings the potential of possibility to mind.

What if as we all feel the urgency and shift of the new year it was an oppertunity to see new possibilities?

In the same way we can see possibilities for a new baby, use this first month of the new year (no matter how far into it you are) to allow yourself to stop and then see the new possibilities that are out there for you.

Still not sure what that means or the first step to doing so?

Totally understand.

Here’s 3 Simple Steps to Seeing New Possibilities

1. Settle yourself: Just like I took time to look at my new nephew and enjoy who he is.  Stop and take some time to enjoy you!  You can also try answering these questions:  What makes you, you? What unique things do you love?

2. See yourself: allow yourself to be seen. More often than not we do not take the time to think about all the great qualities we bring to the world.  Answer the question: the greatness I see in me is….

3. Support someone else: when you put others needs before your own, your own issues often minimize.  Answer this question: Who could benefit from your support today?

Remember this is just a start. Whether you’re overwhelmed or under whelmed with possibilities these three simple steps are a great place to start your journey to narrowing down the possibilities or ramping them up.

As always please let me know how I can support you in this journey and thanks for being apart of our community. It wouldn’t be the same without you!

Here’s to new possibilities!
